The project is located between the Ben-Zion Boulevard and the Inside garden of the buildings in Tel Aviv.

Geddes was one of the first architects of Tel Aviv's most famous city plan which included the actual design of streets and new urban centers. The guiding principle of the program was the 'city's gardens' concept and the implementation of modernist ideas into the urban planing. The project tries to bring forth the connection between the Avenue, the Garden and the private residences. Between the public - semi public- private.

The building combines residential areas, public institution {The NATAL- Association for Victims of Terror} and retail {Gallery Shop}.

Their relationship is being created through use of light. By fragments of the walls, different angles of light enter the building.

The building is built by material which is mostly white stone {The White City}, exposed concrete and wood {reference to the Ficus of the boulevards}
